How can I cop hyped Nike SB Dunks?
We release Nike SB Dunks either on a FCFS basis, or via online raffles. Once the situation with Covid-19 resolves itself, we will likely offer instore raffles again for hyped releases.

Can you deliver Nike shoes outside of Australia?
No. This is due to Nike’s geographical restrictions. No exceptions.


Do you deliver to addresses outside of Australia?
We sure do! Be aware it can cost quite a bit to deliver bulky items outside of Australia. We cannot deliver Nike SB Shoes to addresses outside of Australia.


How long does delivery take?
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Delivery times vary by location and service.

We use Australia Post as our main delivery partner and where possible use their prepaid packaging to keep costs fair. We also offer free delivery on orders over $150 for apparel, and $300 for everything else including shoes and skateboards.

What’s your returns/exchange policy?
We only accept returns/exchanges for faulty/damaged items, or where you’ve purchased the incorrect size/colour. We don’t allow returns if you’ve changed your mind, or for sale items.


Can I return sale items?
No, sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund due to any reason.


I’ve bought the wrong size/colour?
We do not offer refunds or returns. However, if you've accidentally purchased the incorrect size (or bought a pink top for your friend who wears blue) we do offer exchanges, given we have your preferred size available. Please contact us if you wish to make an exchange.


I’ve changed my mind?
We do not allow returns where you’ve changed your mind.


The item you’ve sent me is damaged/faulty.
We’re very sorry if you’ve received a damaged or faulty item. Please email or call us and we’ll sort it out for you.

I’ve ordered the wrong size and you haven’t delivered it yet?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can try and help by changing to the correct size. This may not be possible if the item you’ve ordered is sold out or unavailable. If this is the case, you’ll be offered a refund.

We take the safety of our team and customers very seriously. All our staff practice recommended hygiene and our premises are cleaned regularly.
