What are your COVID Guidelines?
Though Evolve is now open to the public, in reopening we are required to abide by the specified Government COVID 19 Guidelines: Mandatory Masks for Staff and Customers, Hand Sanitation, Social Distancing and Density Limitations. We thank you for your understanding.

Can I come to your store to pick up items?
During COVID-19 you can pick up orders in store, however you must contact us to confirm a mutually suitable pickup time.

Do you deliver to locations outside of Australia?
Yes, we do. We will need to confirm a shipping cost with you, dependent on item size, weight and the final destination. Due to Marketing and Sales Agreements, there are certain Australian Distributors that limit what can be shipped outside of Australia.
Please Note: We cannot deliver NikeSB to locations outside of Australia.

How long does delivery take?
At this time, we dispatch twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays. Once your order is dispatched, you will be contacted with tracking and delivery details. Delivery times vary depending on location and available postage services. During COVID-19, Australia Post is under significant pressure, which will need to be considered when waiting for deliveries to arrive.

How much does delivery cost?
Australia Post is our main delivery partner and where possible we use their prepaid packaging to keep costs down. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 and free Express Delivery on orders over $250.

Do you allow automated purchases?
Any purchases made through our online store that are suspected to have been processed by automated purchase software will be canceled and your order refunded. This decision is final, and entirely at our discretion.

What’s your returns/exchange policy?

Do you offer returns for spite?
We can't return an item based purely on spite.

Can I return Sale items?
No, Sale items are ineligible for return, exchange or refund.
