Shipping Policy

How much does delivery cost?
Australia Post is our main delivery partner and where possible we use their prepaid packaging to keep costs down. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 and free Express Delivery on orders over $250.

How long will my order take to get to me?
At this time, we dispatch twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays. Once your order is dispatched, you will be contacted with tracking and delivery details. Delivery times vary depending on location and available postage services. During COVID-19, Australia Post is under significant pressure, which will need to be considered when waiting for deliveries to arrive.

Do you deliver to locations outside of Australia?
Yes, we do. We will need to confirm a shipping cost with you, dependent on item size, weight and the final destination. Due to Marketing and Sales Agreements, there are certain Australian Distributors that limit what can be shipped outside of Australia.
Please Note: We cannot deliver NikeSB to locations outside of Australia.

Note 1:  Any purchases made through our online store that are suspected to have been processed by automated purchase software will be canceled and your order refunded. This decision is final, and entirely at our discretion.

 

Returns Policy

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. All items MUST be returned AS NEW in mint, pristine and unused condition, which includes unworn, unwashed, with all of the original tags, packaging (if applicable), flip shoelaces and barcodes, etc. in place and attached. Proof of purchase is required for returns.

We are not able to accept returns for items which have been modified, e.g. decks which have been gripped by either Evolve staff in store or by the customer themselves, as well as custom built complete skateboards.

All sizing is an estimate only, if you require assistance, please contact us via email or call the store, we are only too happy to help.

All shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is determined to be genuinely faulty due to manufacturing. When making a return that places your original order under the free shipping limit, the original shipping cost will be incurred and then deducted from your refund amount. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed.

Note 1: In the case that we receive returned items that do not meet the above Returns Policy criteria, it will be the responsibility of the customer to  retrieve the item or cover costs in relation to shipping returned items back to them.

Note 2: Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless the product is determined to be genuinely faulty due to manufacturing.
