Founded by Melbourne's David Ruby and George Bidgood, Suzy Skateboards represents Australia's newest skateboard company built from the ground up through authentic dedication to skate culture. David and George, known from the recent Asics video "F[_]ux" and various Jeremiah Corea projects over the years, have invested endless hours into Suzy skateboard development. The Suzy brand approach includes creating original graphics, building a legitimate team, posting bill posters throughout Melbourne, and producing a zine to send to skate shops as a lookbook. Suzy Skateboards launched alongside "Sping," a video by Jeremiah Corea showcasing the Suzy team including Izaak Ashley, Callum Roberts, George Bidgood, and Max Fullarton. The Suzy skateboard commitment to doing everything as legitimately as possible reflects their dedication to authentic Australian skateboard culture and supporting the next generation of Melbourne skaters.
